初中部舉行“英語達(dá)人秀”課本劇表演大賽

    2011年12月9日晚，廣東省潮陽實驗學(xué)校初中部2000多名學(xué)生齊聚體育館，欣賞了一場精彩絕倫的“英語達(dá)人秀”課本劇表演大賽。

    為豐富學(xué)生校園生活、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，學(xué)校特舉辦了此次“英語達(dá)人秀”課本劇表揚大賽。黃校長和學(xué)校部分領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在百忙中蒞臨會場，與師生們一同欣賞參賽的精彩節(jié)目。擔(dān)任本次比賽的評委皆為來自本校的專業(yè)英語教師。整個表演一直持續(xù)了兩個小時。參賽的節(jié)目精彩異常，深深地吸引了評委和觀眾，喝彩聲、鼓掌聲響徹整個會場。其中，《武松打虎》、《白雪公主》、《小紅帽》、《皇帝的新裝》等節(jié)目尤其受到大家的好評。最后，黃校長親自為獲獎的選手頒獎，并對此次“英語達(dá)人秀”課本劇表演大賽給予了高度評價。

    此次活動非常成功且意義深遠(yuǎn)。對參賽者來說，最重要的不是比賽的排名，而是他們的能力和對英語的熱愛在這個活動中得到了展示和提高。通過此次活動，學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情變得更加積極和高漲。

 

On the evening of December 9th, 2011, more than two thousand middle school students enjoyed an excellent English talent show in the gymnast of Changyang Experimental School, Shantou, Guangdong.

In order to make students’ school life more relaxing and make more students become interested in learning English, our school held this English talent show. Our school headmaster, Mr. Huang and some other leaders enjoyed the wonderful programmers with the students and teachers. Judges are professional English teachers from our school. The English Talent Show lasted for two hours. The programmers were so wonderful that the audience and judges were deeply attracted, cheered and clapped their hands all the time. The programmers which I like best are “Wu Song Killed the Tiger”, “Snow White Contents”, “Little Red Riding Hood”, “Emperor's new clothing”. Finally, the school master Mr. Huang awarded prizes for the winners and spoke highly of the talent show. 

In my opinion, this activity is very successful and meaningful. As for competitors, the most important thing is not the ranking but the love of English and testing of their knowledge and abilities during the activity. Through the holding the English talent show, the atmosphere for leaning English among the students has improved as well.
