At the time of the fake Cabbage developments we were approach to create a creative visual identity for a trinidad based agricultural startup providing fresh, organice cabbages and other vegetables to the market. We started with research on the food/ agricultural industry which we used as building blocks for the visual identity. Then, taking into account the vision, brand personality, unique offerings and target market of the client it was time to work on some visuals.
Sketching & Development - The next step of the project was developing the logo. Developing the visual design concept is where creativity meets marketing. Based on the design brief and research, we put together amazing concepts for you to chose from.
Computer Generation - After sketching the concepts we head on over to Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop and experimented with different patterns, draft fonts and textures, using our research as a guide.
Typeface / Wordmark - Next was to find the best suited typeface for the logo and edit it as required.
Colour and Texture - To accompany the graphic wordmark created a natural textured light brown texture was chosen for its' natural and pure connotations. Our colour and texture choices were based on colour theory and influenced by regional and international industry trends.
Concept Development - Putting everything together. Design, fonts, colours, icons and layouts.
Delivery - Logo, Alternate Logo, Business Cards. Delivery included all file formats that may be needed such as ps, ai, jpeg, png, tiff and other requested formats if so required.
Webite Development and Design for a Barbados based entertainer King Slim registered as kingslimworld.com.
King Slim, a local businessman and entertainer approached us to redisign his home page and develop the rest of his website based on its existing framework.
Wireframing (drafts) - The next step of the project was developing the site layout and incorporating his media in a manner compatible to the framework and King Slims' workflow.
Development & Design - After the concepts were aapproved we headed on over to Adobe Dreamweaver, hooked up our FTP client and got stared on coding our updates and designs. Customisation was added to make the site responsive to various devices. Social media widgets, links, external site links, google map integration was added to increase the synchronisation of Mr Slims' digital footprint and optimise his search engine results.
Domain Name Registration and Hosting - We then went ahead and registered the domain name and hosted the website through one of our providers.
SEO Optimisation and Search Engine Registration - We set up google business email integration, registered the website amoung the main search engines to strengthen the sites' SEO gained in the during development process, before adding our secret SEO techniques to finish it off.
Testing - The website was tested in the 6 main browsers used for compatibility and responsiveness. All internal and external links were also tested to ensure none was null or broken.
Delivery - Passwords, Edited Images, Web Favicon.

The Identity Design for a local bakery and catering service Di's Bakery & Catering.
The client came to us with her buiness idea and requested a crest that could represent both her Baking and catering services. We started this concept with research on the food and bevarage industry and paired that with the vision, brand personality, unique offerings of "Dis'".
Sketching & Development - The next step of the project was developing the logo. We stared with some crest varations before deciing on wheat as it represents the food basket and a draft cursive font. Based on the design brief and research, we put together the concepts for the client.

Colour - Black and pink was used for the typface on a green background with wheat as a frame for the wordmark. The alternate logo primarily used for catering clients is placed on a tan background to resonate with more upscale / international market. Our colour choices were based on colour theory and influenced by international industry and behavioral trends.

The client came to us with her business name and tagline "the glam fairy" foe us to develop upon. We then started our concept research on the easthetic/ beauty industry and paired that with the vision, brand personality, unique offerings and target market of the client.

A simple promotion poster for Edmund Hinkson.
Mr Edmund Hinkson a M.P. in The Barbados Parliament was looking for a way to assist his constituents in troubling economic times. Together we decided on offering free promotion to entrepreneurs and small businesses within his constituency.

The client wanted something that refected her sevice as a creative MUA as well as, reflect. With the main concept being built around colour, excitement and reflextions. Ninja cuts specialises in custom designs on top of offering some of the cleanest cuts on the market so we wanted to capture that in it's visual identity.
